Dead Space (Entropy Killer)

Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Killer: In cages marked with a black dashed line digits must not repeat and have to add up to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.
Entropy: The low digits (1, 2, 3), middle digits (4, 5, 6) and high digits (7, 8, 9) are defined as three different groups. In the finished grid each 2x2 box has to contain at least one digit of each group.
Dead Space: In the area surrounded by a red dashed line the Entropy rule may be broken. This exception only applies to 2x2 boxes that are completely within this area.

I usually struggle with complex killers and I'd not done an entropy puzzle before but this one made me a fan of this variant. Very well constructed. Thank you for this!

This was a beautiful puzzle. I've tried some of the previous ones, but struggled with breaking into them. I really loved how this one unwound, and how the entropy constraint applied at really critical junctions.
