This puzzle was set collaboratively with purpl, so I'd like to thank him for his help with setting this, and also encourage everyone to check out his puzzles :)
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along arrows must sum to the value of their circled endpoints.
- Additionally, the digit in an arrow's circle will repeat in a cell pointed at by the arrow's tip. This repeat can be one or more cells away from the arrow tip (but not the arrow tip cell itself). This applies to each arrow tip, even if they share a circled cell.

Beautiful puzzle with very interesting tricks at the opening, quite challenging at some points but they were resolved cleanly. Thanks for a fun puzzle :)
