You are stranded on a seemingly empty island (sudoku grid). Can you look in the right directions to find all the hidden people (digits) on this island?

(This is my first time setting a sudoku, so I don't have a clear idea of the difficulty of this puzzle. I have set it at average. Hope you will enjoy the puzzle. Any feedback is appreciated.)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Numbers on a thermometer must strictly increase as they move away from the bulb. Cells separated by a V must sum to 5. All V's are not given. Numbers must not repeat on the largest diagonals. Numbers along the indicated diagonals must sum to the given total and cannot repeat. A cell with arrows facing outward must contain a number greater than all its orthogonal cells.
