All possible black dots are provided.
Red cells are row-index cells. i.e. If the digit N appears in a red cell in column A, then the digit A must appear in column N for the same row.

This puzzle has multiple solutions...that is only if you forget about the negative restriction of the kropi dots like I did the first solve...

Very nice puzzle and not to hard if you read the rules before you start ;-) Got stuck in the end till I read the rules again.

Funny how you differentiate red cells, and they are ALL red!
