Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
The inequality sign points toward lower of the two digits. For example: 7 > 2.
In cages, digits sum to the numbers given at the corner of the cages. Note that one of the cage total in box2 is less than 9.
Grey circle contains an odd digit.

I am a Goodliffer for sure and had a lot of fun with this one. Took me a bit longer than I expected (28:31), but never really got stuck, just slowly grinded it out. Great puzzle!
