Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cells a chess king's move apart cannot have the same digit. Numbers on arrows sum to the circle on the arrow. Numbers separated by an X sum to 10. Not all X are given.

It solves fine, but the break-in with givens on the arrows isn't very elegant. It also doesn't really need any set theory to solve so that mostly just confused things and led to dissatisfaction. There is some nice logic in the middle, but just think this could have used some refining.
