Normal Irregular 8x8 Sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the digits along the path of each arrow must equal the digit in the circled cell.
The Sudoku's boxes are made of valid Combi Block regions, inspired directly by Aspartagcus' Combi Block Puzzles.
RULES FOR THE COMBI BLOCK PUZZLE:
Divide the grid in regions such that:
- each region only contains two full blocks (as delimited by the dotted lines).
- no region has a rectangular shape.
- no orthogonally connected regions have the same shape (reflections and rotations included).
BUT ALSO:
Numbers in the grey circles are equal to the number of Combi Block region / Sudoku box edges touching the cell, including the borders of the grid.

I feel like my explanation is horribly worded, any ideas?

Added the inclusion of the grid borders in the grey cells count.

Finding the regions was nice, but solving the sudoku was very hard for me, maybe I missed something. The explanation of the rules are clear enough to understand: maybe you can say that the grey cells are equal to the sudoku box edges touching the cell, *including the borders* of the grid.

I forgot to include arrow rules.
