Three Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply.
1. Vertically adjacent digits differ by at most 2.
2. The sum of the digits along the main diagonal from the top left to the bottom right is at most 34.
3. There exists at least one horizontal line of length 5 whose digits increase from left to right.

Note: This puzzle has a (difficult) logical path solution that can be found without computer assistance, and without any major guessing and checking.
(I originally said this next the the rules, but decided it makes more sense as a comment)
