Modular Skyscrapers: Each digit in the grid represents the "height" of a building, and taller buildings block the view of smaller buildings. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers that can be seen from that direction, modulo the digit closest to the clue.
Here is an example of a valid modular skyscrapers clue. There are 5 skyscrapers seen from that direction (blue), and the first digit is 3 (green), therefore the clue is 5 mod 3 = 2.

Fantastic and fun puzzle! There're also lots of traps too, but I only stumbled once so I eventually recovered well from that ;)
