All primes Sudoku
Dieses Rätsel ist von Wilbert Zwart inspiriert.
Solve online in F-Puzzles (thanks tenaliraman!) or in Penpa+ (thanks henrypijames!)
Verwende die üblichen Sudoku-Regeln.
Hinweise außerhalb des Gitters geben an, wie viele zweistellige Primzahlen in Leserichtung in der jeweiligen Zeile oder Spalte stehen. Eine Ziffer kann Teil mehrerer Primzahlen sein.
Lösungscode: Zeile 4, gefolgt von Spalte 6.

What a brilliant ruleset and a smooth solving path! I actually (qvqa'g erpnyy hfvat gur bhgfvqr pyhr va pbyhza svir) during solving but everything has served their purpose.

Could you please clarify the rules. In R2C8 there can be only 2 or 4. But both are not primes with the 7 in R2C7.

Reply: Your observation of R2C8 being 2 or 4 is correct, and also that the 2 as well as the 4 doesn't make a prime with 7 on the left of it. The 9 on it's right is more relevant; a 2 in R2C8 would make 29 with the 9 which would be a prohibited prime number.
I don't exactly know what further clarification of the rules you are after...
