- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and 9 in their respective row/column.
- The digit placed next to the 1 inside a sandwich is the butter. Every sandwich clue is given in the numerical base of the butter.

A brief explanation of base mathematics for solvers who are unfamiliar with the concept:
Normally numbers are written in base 10, for example:
3576 = 3×10
3 + 5×10
2 + 7×10
1 + 6×10
0
In a different base, any number is expressed similarly. Using 61 as an example in base 3, 5 and 7:
61 = 54 + 6 + 1 = 2×3
3 + 0×3
2 + 2×3
1 + 1×3
0 = 2021 in base 3
61 = 50 + 10 + 1 = 2×5
2 + 2×5
1 + 1×5
0 = 221 in base 5
61 = 49 + 7 + 5 = 1×7
2 + 1×7
1 + 5×7
0 = 115 in base 7

Easy to get lost along the way if you're not careful, but the logic is there if you can spot it. Solid puzzle
