Quorum Rings
Rules:
1. Standard: Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Diagonal: Digits may not repeat on either main diagonal.
3. Killer: Digits in a cage must sum to the clue in the top left corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
4. Little killer: The clue outside the grid gives the sum of digits on the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonal if allowed by other rules.
Hint 1:
Question: If any digits don't appear on the Phistomefel ring, where can they appear on the main diagonal?
Answer: If a digit is missing from the ring, it must appear in r5c5 to ensure it is on both diagonals. In other words, at most one digit may be missing from the ring, and the eight digits which are not in r5c5 must all appear in the ring.
Hint 2:
The fact given by hint 1 is true for the r19c19 and r28c28 Phistomefel rings as well.

I rated this 3/5 difficulty
If you are an intermediate solver, don't be deterred by the 5/5 difficulty - this puzzle is a bit complex, but totally approachable in my opinion. Give it a go!

Very cool puzzle & great use of the phistomefel ring! The geometry with the combined diagonals/phistomefel ring was very cool and quite fun to solve!
This puzzle felt more like a 3-4/5 difficulty for me, but I decided to rate it 3/5 because I never felt that any step or part of the solve was particularly complex and every deduction was completely reasonable/fair and I didn't ever feel like I got stuck. From break-in until the end I made consistent progress and thought the pacing was excellent.
I think my familiarity with the phistomefel ring that I've seen in other puzzles definitely made this more approachable than it would for someone unfamiliar/unpracticed with SET or someone who hasn't seen the phistomefel ring before. Either way, I think if you are an intermediate solver and know what the phistomefel ring is, this puzzle is definitely within reach.
I didn't use the hints (on this post page) at all and felt like the break-in was very beautiful and approachable for an intermediate solver. I find that sometimes I struggle with break-ins for 5/5 difficulty puzzles or more complex SET-based puzzles, but I thought the use of simple killer cage logic throughout helped me quickly progress through eliminations. I appreciated that the killer cages were all simple to solve on their own, as they didn't draw my focus away from the underlying puzzle geometry.
Towards the end, I got completely stuck for around 2-3 minutes where I thought I made an error since there was no clear unique solution - and then I re-read the rules and remembered the little killer clue which disambiguated the puzzle nicely. I found that I completely ignored the little killer clue throughout the whole solve and was able to solve like 90%-95% of the puzzle without using it at all - which I thought was nice in this case because it really forced me to examine set/geometric logic rather than make digit-by-digit eliminations that little killer puzzles sometimes lend themselves to (at least, in my experience & skill level with the variant).
Excellent puzzle!
