Normal sudoku rules apply.
For any digit (x) that appears in a circle, both immediately consecutive digits (i.e. x-1 and x+1) must appear x cells away in a direct line along its row and/or column (but not diagonally). E.g. a 4 in a circle must see a 3 and a 5 a distance of 4 cells away.
For the purposes of this rule, 1 and 9 are considered to be consecutive, i.e. a 1 in a circle must have a 2 and a 9 appear in its bordering cells.
