Thermo variant #24: Cumulative Thermos

Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.

Variant: The digit in the tip of each thermo must be equal to the sum of the digits along the rest of that thermo.

So this is just thermo and arrow rules combined

That's right! My thermo variant series consists of thermo sudokus + an extra rule applied on the thermos. For example, other puzzles involve a nonconsecutive rule, palindrome rule, fortress rule, "same sum" rule, clone rule, or something different entirely. This one uses the arrow rule.
