Long-Range Arrows: Some cells have an arrow that points along a row or column. Digits in cells with arrows are the sum of the last two digits in the corresponding row or column. Here is an example:

My first Long-Range Arrow Sudoku ever. Had no problem solving it. Maybe you should add "Beginner" tag?
