Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- The lines on the grid are German Whispers lines. Adjacent digits on these lines must have a difference of at least 5.
- Cells separated by black dots have a ratio of 1:2, cells separated by white dots must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Such a cool puzzle! Loved how the disambiguating of the directions of the whisper lines ended up working.
