Usually I would post, if I did post, mostly a birthday related puzzle to commemorate me being born on this day. But this time I didn't want to do that and instead post a puzzle which I had in mind from the past year but could fully make it only now.
I wanted to make a puzzle with an idea/logic which I haven't seen in Quadruple puzzles. So when I got the chance to do Lockout Puzzles, I incorporated the idea and made this one. Hope you guys like it.

Normal Classic Sudoku Rules apply.
Quadruple Rules: Additionally, each small digit inside the grid should appear at least once in the four neighboring cells of the grid.
Lockout Rules apply: The light blue lines are lockout lines. The endpoints of each line (marked with diamonds) must have a difference of at least 4, and the digits on the line may not be between or equal to the endpoints.
