Lockout Flower

I created this puzzle after Piatato challenged me to make a lockout line puzzle.

Special thanks to Riffclown, Twototenth, and the rest of the lockout line discord group for testing it.

Rules

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Lockout Lines: Digits on a line must fall 'outside' the range of their diamond shaped endpoint (eg. endpoints 1 and 8 only allow 9 on the line connecting them). Each endpoint value must differ by at least 4 from other directly connected endpoints. There are no floating diamonds.

An inequality sign between two cells determines which one is larger.

Sublime! Very hard work to discover how it all worked, but very satisfying. Great puzzles are like great movies; they leave you with something :-)
