Normal sudoku rules apply.
Each cage sums to a unique total and digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Digits also cannot repeat along either indicated diagonal.
Cells separated by a V must sum to 5 and cells separated by an X must sum to 10.
Digits in blue circles must equal the arithmetic mean of the cage they are positioned within. The arithmetic mean (also known as 'the average') is calculated by dividing the cage total by the number of cells that form the cage;
Eg. for a 9-cell cage totalling 45, the arithmetic mean would equal 5 as 45 divided by 9 equals 5. In this example the digit 5 would be placed in the blue circle inside the corresponding 9-cell cage.

@marcmees Thanks for the feedback! As it's my first puzzle it means a lot to know that at least some of the logic flows well, so thank you. When I'm more experienced I'd like to return to this constraint and hopefully see if I can improve on it.

After some early logic, I lost sight of the elegant path, had to bifurk, but liked the idea of mean X and persevered.

@Ragna Glad you enjoyed it! Yes it's my first puzzle, I'm hoping to improve with practice but wanted to get one puzzle finished just to learn how the process works. Your feedback is encouraging so thank you for that :-)
