Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of digits between 1 and 9 in that row or column.
- Connect circles with lines in pairs, so they follow rules:
- Lines cannot be diagonal
- Lines cannot cross or touch themselves or other lines orthogonally
- Lines must be valid palindromes

Very nice and went from seeming impossible to a very smooth solve
once I re-read the rules more carefully.
The most important constraint at the beginning is the fact that "lines can't touch other lines orthogonally". I think you would get more solves if you made that restriction more prominent.
