Killer w/ Climate Control

This is only my second puzzle so far. I'm really interested in learning to make my puzzles better. I would love to hear what is good and what could be improved!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the cells in a cage must equal the total given for the cage. Each digit in the cage must be unique.
Every number in each thermometer must increase in value as you move away from the bulb.
