This is an improved and harder version of Auto Encoder

Rules
  • Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
  • 159 Sudoku Rules Apply, but for ALL columns:
    Digit X in column Y means that Y will appear in column X in that row
    (Example: If R3C7 is 5 then R3C5 is 7)
  • Cells separated by V sum to 5
    Cells separated by X sum to 10
    Not all Vs and Xs are given
  • Inequality signs point to smaller digit

Yes, kaitoJD, there are two versions of this puzzle, but the solution is the same, sorry for the confusion.
I made this improved version after seeing BremSter's Solve Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j-r5z56ihc. BremSter found a way around my intended solve path, so I modified the puzzle to make it better. The old puzzle had been rated by then so I didn't want to just delete it. I added a comment to the old puzzle now that directs here. Sorry for the confusion.
