A debut of a slight variation on the Doubling Lines constraint from jovi_al.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The symbols in row 3 and 7 points to the lower of the two cells it joins.
On cyan colored lines, all digits must repeat EXACTLY twice except for one. This digit (which is to be determined by the solver) will NEVER repeat if it's on a cyan colored line.

I like the new idea. A bit easy but some interesting logic I would like to see again!

Memeristor: There is another puzzle in the pipeline with the same rule set that is trickier. I plan to make a third which is easier but where the liar digit is much more important. Next one is up: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Raetsel/zeigen.php?id=0007M0
