The sequence of digits on a palindrome (grey line) have to read the same in both directions.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in its corresponding circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow.

warning! This puzzle is really two puzzles. It took me about 4 hours to solve, but I did love every moment.
