Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.
Arrow rule applies.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Confetti 2n±1.
Two cells joined by a circle have a relationship identified by their color. Colors represent (n, 2n+1) or (n, 2n-1) and must be determined by the solver.
