Numbers outside the grid are the sums of the digits on the indicated diagonal. Digits on little killer diagonals may repeat, if other rules allow.
German Whispers: Digits on a green whispers line must have a difference of at least 5 between neighbors on the line. Additionally, the center digit on all whispers lines is greater than 5.

Pay attention at the rules written on LMD page, because the additional constraint on GW is not written in the puzzle link.
