Solve online in Penpa+ (thx again to Henry!)
Verwende die üblichen Sudoku-Regeln.
Pfeile in einem Kästchen zeigen an, dass das N-te Kästchen vom Hinweiskästchen in beiden Pfeilrichtungen die gleiche Ziffer enthält. Dabei ist N die Ziffer im Hinweiskästchen.
Lösungscode: Zeile 7, gefolgt von Spalte 2.

Very enjoyable puzzle! However based on my solving time (compared to how long it usually takes to solve a 3* Richard Stolk Sudoku) this I would rate with a maximum of 2*.

And you are absolutely right. FYI: the rating is very close to 2 stars. (Currently, from all 113 3*-SVS-puzzles this is the fourth-easiest.)

"Nth cell starting from the clue cell" is misleading, because the clue cell doesn't count as the first cell. Stephane's original phrasing "at a distance of N" is better.
