This is a replacement for a puzzle posted a few weeks ago which had a gap in the logic, which has now been filled. This version has also been flipped vertically to help people start in the right place.
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Lines must contain one or more identical sequences of digits. Digits cannot repeat within a sequence and must appear in the same order. All digits on a line must be part of a sequence. All sequences on all lines sum to the same number (which must be determined). Arrows between cells point from the larger to the smaller digit.
For clarity, a line of length 6 could be 6 different digits, or 2 repeats of a length 3 sequence like 548548, or 3 repeats of a length 2 sequence like 898989.
For best results use the CTC app with multi-coloring enabled
If you are colorblind, use this Penpa version, where you can use letters instead of colors

CTC link has blue/orange but it's very hard to pick colors that don't clash with one of the 9 you'll need while solving this. Any recommendations for better color schemes would be appreciated.

Why blue and green, that's really hard to separate those color.
