Arrow Confetti Differences

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.
Arrow rule applies.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Confetti Differences.
Two cells joined by a circle have a difference identified by their color. Four cells joined by a circle have the same difference in both diagonals identified by their color. Each color represents a different value for its difference and must be determined by the solver.
