The sum of the blue 4x4 square is as large as it can be, with the sum given in the 3 light blue cells (read left to right).
After you work that out, the sum of the red cells is as small as it can be, with the sum given in the 2 cell red area.
Standard Sukodu, Killer and Little Killer rules apply.
