Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow and digits along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules.
The lines in the grid are renban lines, i.e. digits along a line like that can't repeat and form a set of consecutive digits in any order (the renban lines in box 4 and box 6 go through their respective circle cell).

Lots of fun! Just the right mix of constraints to make a really enjoyable solve. It felt like I was being led to the next clue from the very beginning.
