Irregular Primes

Normal non-consecutive sudoku rules apply (consecutive numbers cannot appear in orthogonally adjacent cells).
The circled numbers are primes. Where a circle covers two cells, both digits form a single number (e.g. 1 and 3 would make thirteen).
Solution code: Rows 5 and 9 (18 digits, no spaces)
