Tumbleweeds

This was kind of what I had in mind when setting Somersaults but I didn't get it working. But now (well, 5 weeks ago), I got it to work and it has a completely logical solve path. Also, this is not intended to be a SET puzzle. Enjoy!
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along arrows must sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.

This one definitely feels challenging to me, but the interactions in this one are beautiful and somewhat satisfying :)
