Standard Arrow, Killer and Diagonal Sudoku rules apply, that is:
Digits on an arrow must sum to the number in that arrows circle. In cages digits must sum to the clue in the topleft corner of the cage. Both of the main diagonals have to contain all of the digits 1-9.
This one owes some (obvious) vibes to Aspartacus' glorious "Wheel of Arrows", even though the actual solve should be rather different.
