Standard Arrow Sudoku rules apply: digits on an arrow sum up to the connected circle.
(-) 3-ratio Sudoku rules apply: All digits in a 1:3 ratio are marked on the grid with a black dot. A negative constraint applies: digits in a 1:3 ratio may not be orthogonally adjacent, if there is no black dot between them. 3-ratio digit combinations are 1:3, 2:6, 3:9.
