Whiplash (Arrow Sudoku)

I made two versions of this puzzle - one that was more approachable, and this one - which was the slightly trickier of the two. I hadn't set a standard arrow for a while so it was fun to get into that groove again
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Arrow Sudoku: Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in the circle.
