Squiggly Lot (palindrome antiknight sudoku)

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Equal digits cannot be a knightsmove apart.
The long gray line in the middle is a palindrome, the digits along it read the same from either end.
On thermometers digits must strictly increase from the bulb end.
Digits along arrows sum up to the digit in the circle.
I have no idea how hard this puzzle is, so I just put 3 stars.
