Short Arrows

I wanted to create a fun arrow puzzle that has a nice logical flow. After the break-in, it shouldn't be too hard to complete.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Numbers must not repeat on the positive diagonal.
- Numbers along an arrow must sum to the number shown in the circled cells.

Fantastic and also quite hard puzzle! The implication of the results after that sweet break-in was actually the hardest part and that main diagonal kind of helped me to search for the needed spot, which then resulted into another sweet breakthrough.
