HBD Qodec

I created this puzzle as a gift to my favorite setter, you guessed him right ‘Qodec’, to celebrate his birthday. As you will see from the puzzle, his birthday is not today but did not want to publish the puzzle until he enjoys his gift first, and make sure he liked it. Now, after confirming he is okay with the idea of posting it, I decided to share it with all of you so that you can enjoy solving it too.

Puzzle Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Little Killer rules apply. Numbers along the indicated diagonal must sum to the given total, numbers can repeat along these diagonals.
Sandwich rules apply. the numbers outside the grid (above columns 3 and 9, and beside rows 2 and 8) indicate the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and 9 on that row or column.
Arrow rules apply. Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in the circle.
Killer rules apply. Digits in marked cages must not repeat and must sum to the total in the top left corner.
The diamond in r5c5 contains the average (arithmetic mean) of its orthogonal neighbors.
Note: Little killer clues do not serve as sandwich clues, meaning that they only sum the digits along their diagonal. Enjoy!

....well now I'm inspired to make a puzzle where clues outside the grid function as BOTH little killers and sandwich clues. To your knowledge, are there any puzzles like that to test first?

This one took me a while, but that's my fault for focusing on the wrong clue for so long. Wonderful puzzle, with a smooth solve path if you're not stubborn like me :D
