I started with this theme and then kept tweaking until it was solvable and, hopefully, still fun.

Flavor text: 4 explorers follow different treasure maps as they seek treasure on this island. As they rush past the piers, only the correct map will lead to the highest value under the end of their route. In each sea, the water is unique and greater than the landmass. Lines of latitude and longitude on the outside of the map will help the explorers find their way between the extremes.

Rules: Normal sudoku, sandwich, even-squares, and arrow rules apply with the only additional rule being that, within boxes, the sum of the blue cells is unique and greater than the sum of the green cells.
