A white dot separates two cells that contain consecutive digits
A black dot separates two cells that contain digits which have a ratio of 1:2
No negative constraint
Digits on thermometers increase starting at the bulb end

"If two neighboring cells contain consecutive digits a white dot is present." That explanation implies that there is a negative constraint. I think "Two neighboring cells contain consecutive digits if a white dot is present." would be better. Same with black dots.
