Puzzle Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Standard Arrow rules apply. The digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of that arrow.

Mean Sudoku rules apply. There are some diamonds in the gird, each diamond contains the average (arithmetic mean) of its orthogonal neighbors.

Splendid and very enjoyable puzzle, the diamonds work very well in this one (especially R4C7 diamond there, I really like that cell) :)
