1 - Normal sudoku rules apply.
2 - Digits in a killer cage must not repeat and must sum to the digits in the top left corner of the cage. Some cage totals will need to be determined by the solver. See the Pythagorean rules below for more on how that works.
3 - Digits on a palindrome must read the same backwards and forwards.
4 - Pythagorean Rules unique to this puzzle: A Pythagorean Triple is a set of 3 different numbers where the squares of the smaller two numbers (a and b) sum to the square of the largest number (c). It follows the formula: (a^2 + b^2 = c^2).
In this puzzle, the killer cage totals represent a number in a Pythagorean Triple (PT). There are 4 sets in total. The smallest number in a PT is represented by a 2 cell cage. The middle number in a PT is represented by a 3 cell cage. The largest number in a PT is represented by a 4 cell cage. Therefore, one PT is made up of all 3 sizes of cage.
Some cage totals will need to be calculated. Please note that any orthogonally connected cages must be part of the same PT. All 4 PTs in the puzzle are different. Obviously, the 345 PT cannot be made with the cages, so it is represented by the lengths of the palindromes.
