Standard Sudoku Rules apply to the final numerical layout.
Standard Killer Sudoku rules apply: Digits in cages may not repeat, and must sum to the cage total (to be determined).
Any two or more cages connected by a white circle will sum to the same total, and any cages not connected to that pair/group will not share that sum. For example, if two cages joined by a white circle are determined to have the sum of 10 in each, and are not joined to any other cages, no other cage on the grid will have a sum of 10.

Setter's Notes :: May 29, 2021 :: Personally, I had to keep a spare piece of paper at hand to keep track of potential cage values as I whittled them down. If you can do it all in your head, you're a smarter person than I am.

Thanks for the puzzle, Big Tiger! I love this kind of killer variant, and I thought this had a marvelous, crystal clear logical path with some very subtle surprises. :) Shoutout to glum_hippo as well for commending this puzzle to me.

The lack of attention to your puzzles originates in the unstoppable flood of new entries. Nothing wrong with your puzzles. They are top quality, a loss for those who didn't notice.

I just spent about an hour on this, and will revisit again later. Don't worry about what 'how many solvers you get' says about you. There are so many puzzles these days.

The low number of solvers on my past seven puzzles has me wondering what I'm doing wrong, but it's good to see a small but dedicated group giving everything I post a chance! :-D
