A 9x9 purely anti-queen sudoku does not mathematically exist, but you may be interested in emmettcito's Imperfect Anti-Queen Sudoku (id=0003RZ) or my 11x11 Toroidal Anti-Queen Sudoku (id=000446).

Sir Phistomefel is correct of course, I am not really sure it's possible to create a puzzle where every digit respects Anti-Queen :) Hello all

@horseradish1: As far as I understood the rules, the Anti-Queen constraint only applies to the digits 1 and 9. So, I think the 4s shouldn't be a problem in this puzzle.

The 4s are broken. The only possible location for a 4 in box 2 is R3C5, and the only place for a 4 in box 5 is R4C4. This breaks the Anti-Queen rule.
Also, your given 4s in box 1 and box 8 break the Anti-Queen rule before the puzzle has begun. Nice concept though.
