Checkered fillomino 2 (Polish Puzzle GP leftover)

Hi, it's my second puzzle published here. It's a leftover from 1st Puzzle GP from this year where I was a co-author of puzzles.
Any comments will be appreciated :).
Rules:
Standard fillomino rules: Divide the grid into regions and enter into each cell the size of its region. No two regions of the same size may share an edge.
Also, it must be possible to shade some polyominoes black so that no bordering polyominoes are the same color (in other words, the grid must allow a two-color shading).
