Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Arrow Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow in the grid must sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along the arrows.
The white dots represent a difference of 1 between two neighbouring cells. NOT all possible white dots are indicated; a.k.a. no negative constraint.
The puzzle is also available online.

Thanks for the puzzle. I have been away from Sudoku for a while and it was nice to find one, that looked approachable, to welcome me back ;-)
