@Garlic: Yes, I understand, that's what I thought. Maybe you should clarify the ruleset then, because as it is now, it leads to two solutions and, by the way, destroys a lot of the beauty you put into the puzzle.
Because if we know that ratio has to be "1 to an integer" too, it's a very tough, but enjoyable puzzle with some pleasant surprises and an interesting solution path.
While, if any ratio around a black circle is allowed, as long as it's repeated, the solve loses its clarity, becomes quite tedious and "bifurcaty", and in the end, still allows for two possible solutions, which is a big let-down.

@Tilberg when I meant the ratio is the same, I meant that it is still a ratio of one to an integer on both sides and the ratio across a circle are both the same (ex: you could have 1-2 and 4-8 or 3-9 and 2-6)

@Skorpio: Es bedeutet, daß zwei Ziffern, die sich beiderseits eines weißen Quadrats befinden, NICHT in einem ganzzahligen Verhältnis stehen dürfen, sprich keine der beiden ist ein Teiler oder Vielfaches der anderen. 2-8 oder 3-6 wären nicht erlaubt, 5-7 oder 3-4 hingegen schon.

dass mit den weissen square ist unverständlich, bitte ein Beispiel einfügen
