Standard Little Killer clues rules apply. Digits on diagonals sum to the total indicated outside the grid.
There is a clue in the title if you get stuck.

Wonderful first puzzle! The logic in the middle game for the breakthrough is wonderfully intricate, and finding it was an absolute joy.
