The rules are as follows:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Each 5 by 5 sudoku uses its own unique set of digits from 1 to 9, rather than simply the digits 12345. The specific digit set that each one uses must be determined by the solver. Each 5 by 5 also uses its own variant ruleset.

Digits may not repeat along the dotted lines which form an x in the upper left puzzle.

Numbers that appear with an arrow outside the grid denote the sum of the cells which lie along that diagonal.

Digits in the dotted cages must sum to the total which appears in the upper left corner of each cage. You may not repeat digits in a cage.

Digits that appear on the thermometers (in grey) must increase from the bulb to the tip.

The numbers outside the grid along the bottom left puzzle denote the sum of the digits which lie between 1 and 9 in that row or column.

Digits that lie on an arrow must sum to the digit in their respective circles. The two-cell pill shape is a two-digit sum read from left to right.
